ABSTRACT

This study focuses to analyzing the service quality and its impact on customer satisfaction: A study with special reference to Asian paints. The aim of the study to analyzing the customer satisfaction towards service quality of product, Colour preferences of customers Brand reputation of customer satisfaction, sales strategies based on customer expectations. This paper is mix with primary and secondary data collection by using of descriptive research, based on the survey and the analysis can also help to measure the purchasing level and brand loyalty towards customer satisfaction in Asian paints.
