Abstract :
Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) is single of the most generally used pain-relieving and antipyretic drugs in the
world. Drugs are easily available in the market without a recommendation. Paracetamol it decreases fever and pain, it is found extremely toxic. The drug mechanism of action in reduces fever and pain. Specifically when is taken commonly and in high doses there is a risk of hazardous health effects A large number cases in accidental exposures and deliberate Suicide incidents take in paracetamol, every year, has seen increasing number of recorded cases of paracetamol-induced liver intoxication all over the world. Paracetamol toxicity effects like Liver harmfully effect to live failure and death.
