ABSTRACT
The paper has been done in Parameshwari export karur, District, Tamilandu. The mainobjective of the study is concerned with studying performance evaluation of after training anddevelopment of an employee .The data has been collected from the employees at Parameshwariexport .Those collected data were analyzed with the statistical tool of descriptive analysis andpercentageanalysisandinterpreted.ThisstudyhasindividuallyobservedtheemployeesatParameshwari export and study of employee satisfaction has been provided with suggestions withthe considerationoffindings.
