The Structural and Electrical Properties of (𝐍𝐢𝟎.𝟐𝟓𝐂𝐮𝟎.𝟐𝐙𝐧𝟎.𝟓𝟓𝐋𝐚𝐱𝐅𝐞𝟐−𝐱𝐎𝟒) Nano Ferrite
Nano ferrite with chemical formula (𝑁𝑖0.25𝐶𝑢0.2𝑍𝑛0.55𝐿𝑎𝑥 𝐹𝑒2−𝑥 𝑂4), were synthesized using sol-gel auto –
combustion method for the values of (X=0.0, 0.025, 0.05 and 0.075). The prepared samples were calcined at (900℃) for (2h), The formation of ferrite was confirmed by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique and (EDX) .The X-ray diffrctometer result shows that ferrite have spinal cubic phase with a particle size ranging from (22- 29nm), the Lattice constant and density (ρx-ray) increased with La+3content while the porosity was noticed to decrease. And have been studied dielectric properties It was also observed that the value of the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss factor decreased by increasing the frequency. The increase in alternating conductivity (σa.c) was also observed with increasing frequency.
