Abstract :

Nano ferrite with chemical formula (๐‘๐‘–0.25๐ถ๐‘ข0.2๐‘๐‘›0.55๐ฟ๐‘Ž๐‘ฅ ๐น๐‘’2โˆ’๐‘ฅ ๐‘‚4), were synthesized using sol-gel auto โ€“
combustion method for the values of (X=0.0, 0.025, 0.05 and 0.075). The prepared samples were calcined at (900โ„ƒ) forย (2h), The formation of ferrite was confirmed by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniqueย and (EDX) .The X-ray diffrctometer result shows that ferrite have spinal cubic phase with a particle size ranging from (22-ย 29nm), the Lattice constant and density (ฯx-ray) increased with La+3content while the porosity was noticed to decrease. Andย have been studied dielectric properties It was also observed that the value of the dielectric constant and the dielectric lossย factor decreased by increasing the frequency. The increase in alternating conductivity (ฯƒa.c) was also observed withย increasing frequency.
